“Note to the South Tampa manager: maybe don’t schedule moves if you know you can’t follow through with them. Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Had a move scheduled for 4-6pm, they told me movers were on the way at 7pm. Strung me along until 9pm and told me I had to reschedule for the next morning. Nobody ever showed up even though I paid the deposit. I talked to at least 20 customer service representatives who told me I just had to “wait another hour and see what...”

Their manager wasn’t even contactable when his drivers weren’t showing up. I had to hire a different company because they wouldn’t show up. Mind you they didn’t show up 2 different days. I rescheduled the first time. You would think they would try to make things right the second time around but no they didn’t. Companies the worst customer...”

I’ve seen these young guys carry near 100 pound desks up two flights of stairs on their own like it...”
