Our mover reviews are built from real Google Business Profile data, not user submissions to this site — see our full methodology for how that works. But if you've moved interstate recently and want to share your experience with us directly, or flag something we should know about a company we cover, we read every message.
What makes a review genuinely useful
- Specific details — which route, roughly when, what went right or wrong, not just a star rating
- Whether you dealt with a national brand's local agent, and which one, since service quality varies significantly by location
- How pricing compared to the original estimate, and why if it changed
- How any damage or delay was actually resolved, not just that it happened
How to send yours
Email us at reviews@usmove.org with the company name, your route (states are fine, no need for a full address), and your experience. Include whether you're open to being quoted or would prefer to stay anonymous.

Leaving a review on the mover's actual Google Business Profile helps other movers find accurate, current information about that specific location — and it's the same kind of real review data we pull from when building our own profiles.
